Manufacturing methods using sheet metal and 3D printing have enabled mold-less, volume-optimized production and customization tailored to specific needs. The frame is constructed entirely by fastening sheet metal components with bolts. Compared to conventional manufacturing, this approach minimizes excessive initial costs, allowing for extensive trial and error. The exterior parts are output via 3D printer, making customization easy. Since the design data is publicly available, users can print replacements at home if parts are damaged. It is also possible to output parts in your favorite colors. We are proposing a new form of manufacturing, even from the perspective of maintenance.
